What does it take to build healthier, stronger communities where individuals and families can thrive?

In this month’s episode, Michelle Taylor, President and CEO of United Way of Delaware, sits down with Adam Kramer, Executive Director of Green Beret Project, for a powerful conversation about how leadership, discipline, and civic responsibility create lasting community impact.

Together, they explore why prevention is more powerful than intervention, how early childhood education and mentoring can change a life's trajectory, and the unique challenges facing single-parent households. From investing in children early to strengthening families and empowering future leaders, this conversation highlights the importance of proactive solutions that build resilience and create opportunities for long-term success.
