Students showed confidence, preparation, and a love for language as they took the stage and spelled their way through challenging rounds. Families, educators, and community leaders filled the room with encouragement and pride, highlighting the power of literacy and the importance of supporting our youth.

This event was more than a spelling bee. It was a reminder that strong readers become strong leaders. When we invest in literacy, we invest in the future of Delaware.

If you believe every child deserves the opportunity to read at grade level and succeed, join our movement to get Delaware reading.

Visit uwde.org to learn how you can support literacy efforts across our state and help us build a brighter future for every student.
