Within United Way of Delaware, groups of like-minded people are inspiring their peers to make a difference. Together, we can create change that matters throughout Delaware and Salem County (NJ). Our affinity groups are just one more way for you to see the “United Way experience” first-hand. As the demographics of our state change, it is important that we have an honest discussion about how we are meeting the needs of our Latino neighbors. United Way of Delaware’s Latinos Unidos members are leading the way to a brighter future for our state, to ensure equity and inclusion for all.
The PRIDE Council’s focus is to organize community resources including corporate, education, health, government and religious organizations to improve the lives of Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender, and Questioning LGBTQ youth and adults in Delaware.
Women United is at the forefront of United Way’s movement to build stronger communities. Meet our Women United Co-Chairs and Advisory Committee who fights for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in Delaware and Salem County (NJ).
