The Poverty Simulation, held at Del Tech’s Georgetown campus, allowed a few dozen volunteer participants to simulate living in poverty or near poverty for one month. The participants came away from the simulation with a better understanding of the challenges that many Delawareans experience in real-life on a daily basis.
