YouTube Video VVVBeU5SM3drSGR4ZTVFMC0zeGZsWWNnLk8ybzBmZ0JvMWVJ What does it take to build healthier, stronger communities where individuals and families can thrive? In this month’s episode, Michelle Taylor, President and CEO of United Way of Delaware, sits down with Adam Kramer, Executive Director of Green Beret Project, for a powerful conversation about how leadership, discipline, and civic responsibility create lasting community impact. Together, they explore why prevention is more powerful than intervention, how early childhood education and mentoring can change a life's trajectory, and the unique challenges facing single-parent households.
