We Cannot Leave Their Futures’ to Chance.
In Delaware, more than 8,500 seniors graduate high school each year. The navigation from high school to career or college is a daunting process. Our youth need our collective resources and help to stay on their path to success.

Provide guidance, resources, and direct support to ensure they stay on track past graduation.
Stay Connected
Leverage technology to streamline access to information, stay connected, and follow up after graduation.
