Today in Delaware and Salem County (NJ), we see more and more neighbors who can’t meet their basic needs, or are one unexpected expense away from a financial crisis. They are mothers and fathers, business owners, teachers, seniors, and veterans having to choose between paying bills or putting food on the table.
