Help Kids Fall in Love With Learning!

Today our young people face a whole new set of challenges at school. From re-adjusting to in-person learning, to dealing with high teacher turnover, these challenges are making the education gaps even wider. Programs offered by United Way of Delaware provide students and teachers extra support to help them overcome these gaps.

At The Bancroft School in Wilmington, United Way of Delaware’s 21st Century Community Learning Center provides students with extra support during non-school hours. For parents like Charity Miller, these afterschool and summer programs have really helped her daughter re-discover her love for learning.

But as kids prepare to go back to school, we need your help in making sure more young people in Delaware have access to similar programs.
