United Way of Delaware President and CEO Michelle Taylor, Ed. D., visited the White House on April 13, 2024 as part of President Biden’s Communities in Action program. She was part of a 60-person delegation from the First State, which included nonprofit heads, government leaders and activists. The Communities in Action program included a half-day forum for state and local leaders to see how the President’s policies are impacting day-to-day life.
