[RFP] Equity-Centered Workforce Development Study for the State of Delaware

We are pleased to announce the official opening of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for our Equity-Centered Workforce Development Study. This RFP is a joint effort between United Way of Delaware and the Delaware Racial Justice Collaborative (DRJC).

Job mobility pipelines and wealth creation are essential elements in creating an equitable, diverse workforce. But, today, the equity gaps are substantial. Together with our partners, we have a big vision for the future of Delaware – where all Delawareans have an equitable opportunity to thrive. A career with a solid, living wage and a clear path for advancement is the vehicle that can make this happen.

We are seeking to hire a consultant or consultancy to conduct and produce the results of the study. The study will take a deep dive into the current state of workforce development in Delaware through an equity-focused lens. And, the final report will detail findings, provide recommendations, and outline a plan for immediate, short-term, and long-term actions.
